Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g broccoli
- 150 g edamame
- ½ bunch of spring onions
- 100 g peanuts
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- n. B. water

vegan and quick to prepare
Steam the broccoli and edamame together for 5-7 minutes. The broccoli should be cooked through but still firm to the bite. Slice the spring onions. Blend the sauce ingredients in a blender until smooth and thin with water until the sauce reaches the desired consistency. Combine the vegetables, peanuts, spring onions, and sauce, and garnish the salad with sesame seeds.
