Warm broccoli salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g broccoli
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • some olive oil
  • some salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Light, digestible and very soothing

Remove the florets from the stem and halve them. Peel the stem and slice into 2 cm thick rings, ideally, and then quarter them. Peel the garlic and slice thinly. Bring a pot of water with a little salt to a boil and cook the broccoli for about 5-7 minutes. At the same time, heat a pan with the oil and fry the garlic over medium heat. Drain the broccoli and add it directly to the pan with the garlic. Turn off the heat, mix everything well, and serve!
