Warm glass noodle salad with crayfish

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 servings of glass noodles
  • 250 g crayfish (river), pre-cooked, ready to eat (alternatively shrimp)
  • ½ small onion(s)
  • 0.3 head of broccoli
  • ½ bell pepper(s), red or yellow
  • 1 handful of bean sprouts
  • 1 dashes soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp chili sauce, sweet
  • Sesame oil, alternatively tasteless vegetable oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

sweet – spicy, quick and easy

Cook the glass noodles according to the package instructions and let them cool. Finely slice the onion, slice the bell pepper into thin strips, and chop the broccoli very finely. Sauté the vegetables in sesame oil (not too hot) until the broccoli is cooked through. Deglaze with soy sauce and sweet chili sauce, add the crayfish, and heat briefly. Serve with the glass noodles.
