Warm mushrooms in garlic oil and sea salt

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms, brown
  • Oil (garlic oil)
  • Sea salt, from the mill
  • olive oil
  • e.g. baguette(s), fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wipe the whole mushrooms with a kitchen towel (do not peel them) and fry them briefly in 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil until lightly browned (they should not lose any liquid). Remove from the pan immediately. Drizzle with garlic oil and season generously with freshly ground sea salt. Serve with fresh baguette.
