Warm potato salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • Broth (instant) and water
  • 1 jar celery
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Maggi

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Peel the potatoes, boil them in salted water, and slice them. Add 2 teaspoons of bouillon powder to 1/2 cup of hot water and pour over the potatoes. Drain the celery well and add it to the potatoes. Peel and slice the cucumber, finely chop the onion, and add both. Mix everything together and season with salt, pepper, and a little Maggi dressing. Tip: If you like, you can also boil the potatoes with their skins on and peel them after cooking.
