Warm radishes with soft goat cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 bunch radishes (approx. 25 pcs)
  • 100 g goat cheese (soft goat cheese)
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • n. B. Balsamic vinegar, white
  • 2 stalks of basil
  • some chives, fresh
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or rapeseed oil
  • 3 tbsp water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

Quarter or halve the radishes, depending on their size. Lightly sauté the radishes in oil in a pan. Add 3 tablespoons of water, salt, and freshly ground pepper, and sauté with the lid on for about 1 minute. Remove the lid and let the remaining liquid simmer. Arrange on a plate, place the diced goat’s cheese on top. Sprinkle with chives and a sprig of basil. Finish with a few drizzles of white balsamic vinegar. Serve with fresh farmhouse bread.
