Red-stemmed chard with goat's curd

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g chard, red-stemmed
  • 100 g goat curd (45%)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Finely slice the garlic and cut the chard into bite-sized pieces. Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the chard and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Serve on plates and top with the quark dumplings. Serve warm or cold.
