Warm raspberry pudding dream from the oven

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 250 g quark, 40% fat
  • 200 ml milk, 3.5% fat
  • 150 ml cream
  • 30 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 80 g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • Fat, for the casserole dish

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar for about 2 minutes until frothy. Add the quark, milk, and cream and mix well. Sift in the flour, stirring gently every now and then. Pour the batter into the prepared, greased casserole or tart dish. Spread the frozen or fresh raspberries over the batter and sprinkle with 2 to 3 tablespoons of sugar. Carefully place the dessert in the oven and bake for about 45-55 minutes at 180-200°C (no fan). It tastes especially good with vanilla ice cream.
