Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 rolls (rye)
- 2 stalks of spring onions
- 100 g cottage cheese
- 4 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 medium egg yolk
- 1 pinch of curry powder
- 200 g shrimp(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Thinly slice the spring onions and mix with the cheese, shrimp, crème fraîche, egg yolk, and curry powder. Cut the rye rolls open and top each half with the mixture. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes. I use pre-cooked shrimp.
