Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 pack of lamb’s lettuce
- 1 pack of cherry tomatoes or 3 regular tomatoes
- 250 g mushrooms, fresh
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
- Garlic
- Herbs, of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Slice or cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Wash and slice the mushrooms, then fry them well in a pan (don’t forget to season). Wash and drain the lamb’s lettuce. For the sauce, combine the balsamic vinegar with the oil (you can also add a little water if you like) and season well with the spices and herbs. Now add the tomatoes, the warm mushrooms, and the lamb’s lettuce and serve immediately. I always like to serve it with crispy chicken thighs.
