Watermelon, cucumber and feta salad

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg watermelon(s)
  • 1 large cucumber(s)
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 3 sprigs of mint
  • 1 large lime(s)
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice the melon, feta, and cucumber and mix in a large bowl. For the dressing, chop the mint and mix with the lime juice, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Serve promptly.
