Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 240 ml coconut water
  • 155 g watermelon(s), only the flesh weighed
  • ½ lime(s), the juice
  • 1 pinch(s) of sea salt flakes, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Cut the watermelon into cubes. Blend all ingredients in a blender or mixer until smooth and refrigerate until ready to use.
