Watermelon salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small watermelon(s), seedless
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 mini cucumbers
  • 60 g iceberg lettuce
  • 60 g feta cheese
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the melon and cut into small pieces. Cut the tomatoes, cucumber, and feta into small pieces. Finely chop the spring onion and iceberg lettuce. Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl. For the dressing, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and herbs. Pour over the salad mix and toss to combine. Black olives also go well with the dressing.
