“Store-bought mayonnaise is very fatty, insanely high in calories, and can be replaced, for example, with yogurt, sour cream, and thick matzoh. Cheese is okay but in small quantities. It is better to give preference to lighter varieties of cheese – Adyghe, feta cheese, tofu. Pickles and hot sauces increase appetite and thirst, and you can drink a lot of fluids after eating them. It will not be easy for the body to cope with a large volume of fluid, and even with a heavy meal,” she says.
