What Men Need to Eat After 40 – The Answer of a Nutrition Expert

According to the expert, the menu depends on the men’s lifestyle. At the same time, certain foods must be included in the daily diet.

After men turn 40, it is advisable for them to stick to a certain dietary format. This was stated by public health and nutrition specialist Maria Kardakova.

According to the expert, menu planning directly depends on the lifestyle. At the same time, fruits and vegetables must be present in the daily diet.

“It is often this category of men who disdain vegetables in their diet. The recommendations tell us that the risks of cardiovascular disease can be significantly reduced by including five servings of fruits and vegetables a day in the diet,” Kardakova said.

She added that berries and buckwheat will also be beneficial for the body. Including fruits, vegetables, and berries is especially convenient in summer due to seasonality.
