What to Drink at Night to Lose Weight: Nutritionist Reveals Secrets

Herbal teas are good for fat burning. Ekaterina Romanova recommends drinking them one hour before going to bed. Dietitian and nutritionist Kateryna Romanova told us what drinks are good to drink at night to lose weight.

According to her, herbal teas are the best – they should be drunk one hour before going to bed, Romanova wrote on her Instagram page.

What to drink at night for weight loss – a list of drinks:

Fennel tea. Pour boiling water over two to three tablespoons of seeds and leave for 15 minutes. Fennel tea raises body temperature and helps you lose weight faster.

Chamomile tea. Dip 2 tablespoons of chamomile flowers per cup into boiling water and let the flowers boil for 5 minutes. This tea helps to calm the body and promote healthy sleep.

“Sleep disturbances have a bad effect on insulin production and other hormonal processes, which contributes to weight gain and prevents normal rapid weight loss,” Romanova wrote.

Cinnamon tea. Pour boiling water over a teaspoon of the spice and let it stand for 10 minutes. The spice helps to calm down and relax, and it successfully fights appetite and reduces hunger.

Peppermint tea. A teaspoon of mint in a glass of water. Insist for 15 minutes. Essential oils increase the body’s ability to remove waste that remains in the liver and colon.

Lemon water. Add the juice of one lemon to a glass of warm water. This water speeds up all metabolic processes and improves metabolism. Due to this, a person loses weight.
