A Doctor Has Named a Product That “Kills” Our Body

According to doctors, fresh bread is dangerous because it has a higher acidity. Nutritionist Oleksiy Kovalkov said that bread in the daily diet “kills” the body and the pancreas. According to Kovalkov, if we compare bread with refined sugar, its glycemic index level is 80, while sugar is only 65.

“It’s killing us, destroying our pancreas,” the doctor emphasized on his YouTube channel, pointing out that bread should be eaten no more than two or three times a year. The doctor noted that most people do not expend as much energy to compensate for the consumption of this product and to “work off” one piece of bread, you need to work out for an hour in the gym.

According to nutritionist Mikhail Ginzburg, bread can be replaced with various cereals and cereal dishes.

“The harmfulness of this product is determined not by its name, not even by its composition, but mainly by its quantity, that is, how much of it is present in a person’s daily diet. If there is not much of it in the diet, there are no special problems. It can be excluded,” says the nutritionist.

In addition, according to Ginzburg, bread with dietary fiber can be considered healthy bread. It is quite satisfying and not high in calories, the doctor emphasized.

According to the doctor, fresh bread is more dangerous than stale bread, as it has a higher acidity and can be harmful to people with gastrointestinal problems.
