Wheat grains and falafel

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 265 g peas and carrots
  • 200 ml water
  • 125 g wheat, pre-cooked
  • 100 g hummus, spicy
  • 10 small falafel, bought ready
  • 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp margarine

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

vegan, vegetarian, with hummus, tomato, pea and carrot sauce

Melt the margarine in a saucepan. Add the water and stir in the hummus and ketchup. Add the vegetables and simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir in the precooked wheat grains and the cooked falafel and heat for another 5 minutes.
