Not every cut of pork is very fatty. The fillet, for example, is quite lean with a fat content of two percent. Even an unbreaded pork schnitzel has only two grams of fat per 100 grams of meat. However, it takes about 150 to 200 grams of pork to fill a person. But even then, pork tenderloin and pork schnitzel are still considered low-fat.
Pork kidneys and liver contain four and five percent fat, respectively. If you only eat a small portion of 100 grams, these parts are also relatively lean. However, offal is a rarity on the menu.
