White and Brown Crisp Pearls
The perfect white and brown crisp pearls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Ingredients for dark crisp pearls:
- 350 gr Dark couverture
- 100 gr Donated almonds
- 75 gr Cornflakes
- Some cinnamon
Ingredients for white crispy pearls:
- 350 gr White couverture
- 100 gr Donated almonds
- 75 gr Cornflakes
- 2 ml Butter vanilla
- Chop up the couverture and let it melt in a water bath at low temperature. Refine the dark couverture with a little cinnamon, the white with the butter vanilla. Carefully stir in the almond sticks and corn flakes. Then place small heaps on baking paper with two coffee spoons and let them set in the cold
