Ingredients
 

for the salad

  • 1 can White beans / Beyaz Fasülye, approx. 800 g
  • 200 g Diced cherry tomatoes
  • 15 Green or black olives without stones
  • 2 Spring onions fresh, cut
  • 1/2 bunch of chopped flat parsley

for the marinade

  • 6 tbsp Cold pressed olive oil
  • 4 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 Finely chopped clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp Rose paprika powder or Pul Biber
  • 1 tsp Savory spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon each of coarse sea salt and ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch Ground cumin

Instructions
 

  • Mix the ingredients for the dressing together in a large bowl. Drain white beans and rinse under running water. Cut the pitted olives into fine slices, as well as the cleaned spring onions.
  • Put the salad ingredients together and mix gently into the marinade. Let it steep for at least 30 minutes at room temperature, decorate with the chopped parsley and serve.
