Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g pork
- 3 onions
- 1 gr. can/n beans, white (with soup vegetables)
- 1 large can of tomatoes, peeled
- 250 ml broth
- 1 small can of tomato paste
- some oil for frying
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel the onions and dice them along with the meat. Brown both together in hot oil. Now add the tomato paste and sauté briefly. Add the peeled tomatoes, broth, and white beans without any liquid. Simmer the soup on low heat for half an hour, then season to taste. Serve hot.
