Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g white cabbage
- salt and pepper
- 750 g potatoes
- 150 g peas, frozen
- 300 g smoked pork
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp caraway seeds
- 150 g crème fraîche
- ½ bunch parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Quarter the cabbage, remove the stalk, and cut into pieces. Blanch in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes. Peel the potatoes and cut into wedges. Dice the meat. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the potatoes, turning occasionally, for about 15 minutes. Add the peas, cabbage, and meat to the pan and season with caraway seeds. Continue frying for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Season the crème fraîche with salt and pepper. Chop the parsley. Serve the cabbage pan with a dollop of crème fraîche and sprinkle with parsley. Serve the remaining crème fraîche separately.
