  • 200 g quark, white cheese, approx. (or layered cheese)
  • 3 jacket potatoes, or as required
  • ½ small onion(s), approx., diced
  • Oil (linseed oil), plenty

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

gluten-free, egg-free, vegetarian

Place the white cheese on a large dinner plate, along with the finely diced onion and warm boiled potatoes. Drizzle plenty of linseed oil over the white cheese and boiled potatoes.
