White chocolate dream with strawberries

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g chocolate, white
  • 150 g strawberries, ready to cook (2 for decoration)
  • 1 tbsp low-fat milk
  • 3 egg whites

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

WW= 3.5P’s per person

Puree the strawberries (using a blender or hand blender) and divide between four dessert glasses. Melt the chocolate in a hot water bath and stir in the milk. Let cool slightly. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold 1 tablespoon into the melted chocolate. Carefully fold in the remaining beaten egg whites. Divide the mousse among the dessert glasses with the strawberry puree. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set. Garnish with the two remaining strawberries before serving.
