Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g powdered sugar
  • 150 ml cream
  • 150 g butter
  • 175 g white chocolate
  • 1 tbsp sugar (liquid sugar or light syrup)
  • 60 g walnuts, chopped, if desired
  • 30 g melted white chocolate
  • 30 g chocolate, milk or dark chocolate, melted

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 15 minutes

Super delicious, melt-in-the-mouth white chocolate fudge, makes 24 pieces

Line a 20 cm square baking pan with aluminum foil. Combine the sugar, cream, butter, 175 g chocolate, and caster sugar in a heavy saucepan over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and simmer for 4 minutes (continue stirring). Remove from the heat and beat with a wooden spoon until the mixture thickens and cools. Stir in the walnuts, if desired. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Drizzle with the melted chocolate and chill for a few hours (refrigerator). Cut into squares.
