These breastfeeding balls are healthy and stimulate milk production

Toast the grain (preferably freshly ground) and cashews until lightly browned and fragrant. Add the butter and sugar, and remove from the heat after 10-15 seconds. Add the cooked brown rice and then 2-3 tablespoons of water until a pliable mass forms. Then form into balls approximately 2.5-3 cm in diameter. They will keep in the refrigerator for several weeks. Eat a maximum of 3 balls per day. These lactation balls help when breast milk isn’t flowing well!
