White Glühwein

The perfect white glühwein recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

White Glühwein:

  • 0,75 l White wine dry or semi-dry
  • 0,25 l Apple juice
  • 0,25 l Water
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed honey
  • 1 tbsp Mulled wine spice, e.g. B .: from my KB
  • 1 piece Apple, in pieces or as a carpaccio
  • 2 piece Tangerines divided into columns

Stylish in beautiful glasses or cups:

  • 1 DECO Punch glass, lemon wedges, bar spoon, egg whites, powdered sugar
  • 100 g Trail mix B .: raisins, cashew nuts, walnuts, hazelnuts, and much more]

Moisten the edges of the glass and place them upside down in the crumbs:

  • Sugar, poppy seeds, chopped almonds or chocolate chips
  • As a glAss border ornament

Put on mulled wine:

  1. Slowly heat the white wine, apple juice, apple pieces, tangerine pieces and water together in a suitable saucepan, do not boil, add honey and mulled wine spices in a tea infuser or in a tea bag.

Decoration:

  1. Moisten the edge of the drinking vessels with a little mulled wine and place them upside down in the crumbs and carefully turn them slightly to the right and left and then take them out again. Put some trail mix with a spoon in each decorated vessel and pour the mulled wine. Insert only one lemon wedge each. If you want, you can create a head of foam with egg whites and powdered sugar.
