Spicy Olive Dip

The perfect spicy olive dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Black pitted olives
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 0,5 Red peppers
  • 0,5 bunch Parsely
  • 120 g Grated Parmesan
  • 100 g Sour cream or creme fraiche
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Capers
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 0,5 tbsp Black pepper from the mill
  • 3 drops Tabasco
  1. Put whole olives in the blender, finely chop and take out again. Peel and roughly chop onions and garlic. Wash and clean the peppers and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash the parsley and pluck the leaves. Put all the other ingredients except the olives in the blender and mix for about 1 minute. Add olives and mix in briefly, season to taste. Put in a bowl and chill.
  2. Tastes very good with ciabatta or baguette
