Spicy Olive Dip
The perfect spicy olive dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Black pitted olives
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 0,5 Red peppers
- 0,5 bunch Parsely
- 120 g Grated Parmesan
- 100 g Sour cream or creme fraiche
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Capers
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 0,5 tbsp Black pepper from the mill
- 3 drops Tabasco
- Put whole olives in the blender, finely chop and take out again. Peel and roughly chop onions and garlic. Wash and clean the peppers and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash the parsley and pluck the leaves. Put all the other ingredients except the olives in the blender and mix for about 1 minute. Add olives and mix in briefly, season to taste. Put in a bowl and chill.
