Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 200 g butter
  • 75 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg(s), size M
  • Flour for the work surface
  • 75 g white chocolate coating
  • 125 g semi-sweet chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes

Knead the flour, butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg. Cover and chill for about 1 hour. Roll out the dough thinly on a floured surface. Cut out about 45 round cookies (between 3.5 and 4 cm in diameter). Knead any leftover dough and roll it out again. Then cut out 45 moons. Place everything on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10 minutes. Let cool. Melt the chocolate coating according to the instructions. Cover the moons with white chocolate coating and the round cookies with dark chocolate coating. Place the moons on the cookies. Let dry.
