Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 rusks
  • 200 g white chocolate
  • 6 tbsp almonds, chopped
  • 8 tbsp white rum
  • 2 tbsp sweet cream
  • 80 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Christmas cookies

Heat the cream in a double boiler, add the butter, and melt the chocolate. Crumble the rusks and drizzle with rum. Mix everything together and add the chopped almonds. Chill for 1 hour. Form into balls and garnish with toasted almond flakes.
