Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 350 g sugar, rock candy
  • 500 ml water
  • 3 eggs
  • 125 g butter
  • 3 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dissolve the rock candy in the water and let it cool. Melt the butter a little and mix the batter like pancakes, but not too stiff. Now add cold water until the batter is liquid. Pour a relatively small amount of batter into the cone-shaped pancake maker and quickly close it. After a short time, IMMEDIATELY roll it into a cone shape with a fork and let it cool. We always enjoy these cones.
