White sausage salad with mushrooms and radishes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 white sausages
  • 3 romaine lettuce hearts
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • Salad seed mix, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the white sausages, slice them, and fry them in a little oil. Wash the lettuce hearts and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Clean and slice the mushrooms, and quarter the radishes. Mix a vinaigrette of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, and mustard, and season with salt and pepper. Divide the lettuce, mushrooms, and radishes among plates and arrange the white sausage pieces on top. Drizzle with the vinaigrette. Finally, sprinkle some of the salad seed mix on top, if desired. Delicious served warm or cold for lunch at the office.
