Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 bags of rice
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 zucchini
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 120 ml reduced-fat cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp herb mix (8 herbs), frozen
  • 1 tsp gyro seasoning
  • some pepper
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • some Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quick to make, filling and delicious!

Wash and dice the peppers and zucchini, and add them to a large pot with the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, simmer for about 15 minutes, and stir regularly toward the end of the cooking time.
