Who Should Not Eat Red Caviar and Why it is Dangerous for the Body

If you consume a tablespoon of red caviar for a long time, there is a risk of salt overload. Red caviar is one of the healthiest foods. It contains a large number of nutrients necessary for humans. Red caviar is enriched with vitamins A, C, and D, as well as a large number of minerals and folic acid.

The product is also rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which are beneficial for eye health and brain function, as well as for the overall well-being of the immune system.

At the same time, experts note that red caviar is not suitable for everyone.

Red caviar is dangerous to eat:

  • allergy sufferers
  • people with type 2 diabetes mellitus,
  • people with obesity,
  • people with kidney disease.

Experts also note that if you consume a tablespoon of red caviar for a long time, there is a risk of salt load, which is especially dangerous for people suffering from high blood pressure.
