Ingredients
 

  • 1 Egg from chicken you can trust
  • 2 tbsp Spelt flour type 630
  • 0,5 tbsp Salt
  • 0,5 tbsp Black pepper from the mill
  • 2 tbsp Mixed herbs, fresh or frozen - I still had parsley frozen
  • 100 ml Milk
  • Fat for frying

Instructions
 

  • Chop the herbs into small pieces.
  • Make a thin dough out of flour, egg, salt, pepper, herbs and milk. Let it soak for half an hour.
  • Heat the fat in a large pan and pour the dough into it and let it set.
  • Turn the pancake over and bake light brown on the other side as well.
  • Take out and let cool.
  • Now cut out small asterisks. Before serving, heat the asterisks again in a pan.
