Ingredients
- 1 Egg from chicken you can trust
- 2 tbsp Spelt flour type 630
- 0,5 tbsp Salt
- 0,5 tbsp Black pepper from the mill
- 2 tbsp Mixed herbs, fresh or frozen - I still had parsley frozen
- 100 ml Milk
- Fat for frying
Instructions
- Chop the herbs into small pieces.
- Make a thin dough out of flour, egg, salt, pepper, herbs and milk. Let it soak for half an hour.
- Heat the fat in a large pan and pour the dough into it and let it set.
- Turn the pancake over and bake light brown on the other side as well.
- Take out and let cool.
- Now cut out small asterisks. Before serving, heat the asterisks again in a pan.
