Whole Food: Spicy Pancake
The perfect whole food: spicy pancake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 piece Your trusted chicken eggs
- 2 piece Spring onions fresh
- 50 g Mountain cheese
- 50 g Boiled ham
- 1 piece Cooked potato
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- 2 tablespoon Sunflower oil – missing from the photo
- Beat the eggs and whisk in a bowl with salt and pepper.
- Peel the spring onions and cut into small rings, cut the potato (without the skin), cheese and ham into small cubes and mix with the eggs.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and pour in the mixture. Lower the temperature and put the lid on the pan. Let the whole thing stand for about 3 minutes. Turn over and bake on the other side until light brown.
- 4th tip: After I had my doubts that I could turn the whole thing over, I let it slide onto a wooden board, then put the pan over it and turned the pancake.
