Whole Food: Spicy Pancake

The perfect whole food: spicy pancake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 piece Your trusted chicken eggs
  • 2 piece Spring onions fresh
  • 50 g Mountain cheese
  • 50 g Boiled ham
  • 1 piece Cooked potato
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 2 tablespoon Sunflower oil – missing from the photo
  1. Beat the eggs and whisk in a bowl with salt and pepper.
  2. Peel the spring onions and cut into small rings, cut the potato (without the skin), cheese and ham into small cubes and mix with the eggs.
  3. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and pour in the mixture. Lower the temperature and put the lid on the pan. Let the whole thing stand for about 3 minutes. Turn over and bake on the other side until light brown.
  4. 4th tip: After I had my doubts that I could turn the whole thing over, I let it slide onto a wooden board, then put the pan over it and turned the pancake.
