Snow Peas – Minced Meat – Pan
The perfect snow peas – minced meat – pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,5 Fresh onion
- 100 g Mixed minced meat
- Fat for frying
- Pepper and salt
- 100 g Sugar snap
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
- Peel the onion and roughly dice. Fry in hot fat. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Season well with pepper and salt.
- Clean and wash the sugar snap peas, cut in half if necessary. Add to the minced meat and fry for 5 minutes. Stir more often.
- Toast the sesame seeds in a pan without fat.
- Arrange the minced meat pan on a plate. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Serve with boiled potatoes or rice.
