Whole-grain chocolate cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g margarine
  • 1 bar of chocolate
  • 260 g flour (wholemeal)
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, chocolate
  • 90 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 50 g oat flakes
  • 20 g cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp gingerbread spice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Healer cookies

Melt the margarine and chocolate, let cool slightly. Combine the dry ingredients, add the chocolate mixture, and knead. Let the dough rest a little. Form into 20 walnut-sized balls and flatten. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar or decorate as desired.
