Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 320 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 100 g pasta (wholemeal pasta, e.g. whole wheat spaghetti)
- 120 g soup vegetables, frozen
- 50 g peas, frozen
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Soy sauce
- Sambal Oelek
- Spice mix (Chinese spice)
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the meat into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil. Season with Chinese spices. Add the soup vegetables and peas and fry. Cook the noodles in salted water until al dente, drain, and add to the meat and vegetables. Season to taste with soy sauce, sambal oelek, salt, and a little Chinese spice, if desired. Mix everything well and serve.
