Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g chicken breast
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 200 g avocado(s)
- 50 g feta cheese, light
- 10 g pine nuts
- 1 tsp margarine
- 100 g whole wheat pasta (wholemeal spaghetti)
- salt and pepper

First, pit the avocado, scoop out the flesh, and dice it. Place it in a bowl. Dice the feta and add it. Mash both thoroughly with a fork until smooth. Season to taste. Dice the chicken and fry it in the margarine until crispy. Then add the sliced spring onions and cook. Season to taste with salt and pepper, reduce the heat to low, and toast the pine nuts. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti. Serving tip: Spaghetti, a generous dollop of avocado-feta cream, and the chicken as a topping.
