Noodle, vegetable and chicken stir-fry

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g pasta
  • 400 g chicken breast
  • 300 g carrot(s)
  • 300 g broccoli florets (frozen)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil for frying
  • 400 g cream
  • 3 corner(s) of cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. Paprika powder, sweet
  • n. B. Chicken broth powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Dice the chicken breast. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Peel and slice the carrots. Thaw the broccoli. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Fry the carrots, onion, and garlic in oil in a pan. Add the broccoli and diced chicken and continue frying. Add the cream and cream cheese. Season to taste. Stir in the pasta and serve. Per serving: Approx. 847 kcal.
