Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 300 g oat flakes, fine
- 3 tbsp, heaped flaxseed
- 3 tbsp, heaped sunflower seeds, possibly dry roasted
- 3 tbsp, heaped cornflakes, unsweetened, coarsely crushed
- 3 tbsp, heaped nuts, mixed, natural, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp, leveled cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp, crushed cinnamon powder

balanced, lasts me about 1 week if you combine it with yogurt, milk and fresh fruit.
I always roughly crush the nuts in the packet, as well as the cornflakes. It’s best to mix everything thoroughly in a large bowl so the cocoa and cinnamon are evenly distributed. Then pour it into a large container, so you can simply scoop out your portion each morning. I like to roast the sunflower seeds; it gives them a lovely roasted aroma. It’s a simple, mindful mix where you know what’s in them, for little money and little effort. Of course, you can use any grain or spice combination, depending on your taste.
