Wholemeal spelled cookies with cocoa

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g butter
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 g cane sugar
  • 3 tbsp oat milk (oat drink)
  • 150 g wholemeal spelt flour
  • some baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Knead all ingredients. The dough should not be dry; if it is, add more oat milk. Drop the cookies onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper using a teaspoon. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (350°F) on the middle rack for 10-15 minutes, depending on the size.
