Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 130 g applesauce
  • 70 g oil
  • 40 g sugar
  • ½ pack of baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 55 minutes

Mix all ingredients and knead into a dough. Let it rest in the refrigerator for about an hour. Roll out the dough, cut out shapes, and place them on a baking sheet, leaving some space between them. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (300°F) for about 15-20 minutes, depending on the desired browning. This batch makes about 40 cookies.
