Vegan oatmeal cookies

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 banana(s), overripe
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter or other nut butter
  • 220 g oat flakes, fine
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • n. B. Chocolate chips, dark, vegan

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Mash the bananas and mix with the other ingredients. Form 10 to 15 cookies, garnish with chocolate chips, and bake for 20 to 25 minutes (depending on oven and size). These cookies are a big hit with kids. If you like them a little sweeter, you can add a tablespoon of agave syrup or date syrup.
