Wholesome blueberry semolina yogurt casserole

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g yogurt
  • 6 tbsp whole grain spelt semolina
  • n. B. cane sugar
  • some tonka bean shavings
  • 125 g blueberries
  • 2 tbsp almonds, chopped or flaked
  • Fruit (blueberries, star fruit, physalis, grapes)
  • some pistachios, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix the yogurt with the semolina, sugar, and tonka bean zest. Place the blueberries in two small dessert dishes. Spread the yogurt semolina on top. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Then garnish with fruit and pistachios. Serve warm.
