Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 tsp, sautéed chives
- 1 tsp, sautéed parsley
- 1 tsp marjoram
- 1 tsp, sautéed rosemary
- 1 tsp, leveled paprika powder
- 1 tsp, leveled celery salt
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 roll
- 4 tbsp, sifted breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp mustard, honey
- pepper
- 2 tsp, leveled vegetable broth
- Rapeseed oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Soak the bread rolls and then squeeze out the excess water. Mix the minced meat with all the spices, the bread roll, breadcrumbs, and diced onions, and add pepper to taste. Form the mixture into 5 meatballs. Heat the rapeseed oil and fry the meatballs for 15 minutes on each side.
