Wild Boar Stew

The perfect wild boar stew recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Wild boar stew
  • 1 Pc. Large onion
  • 5 Pc. Carrots
  • 200 ml Red wine
  • 3 tsp Flour
  • 1 tsp Dried rosemary
  • 1 liter Wild fund
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Dried marjoram
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil
  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the meat briefly. Fry the flour and tomato paste and deglaze with the red wine. Add the game stock, marjoram and rosemary and bring to the boil. Season to taste with salt and pepper and simmer for 1.5 hours. Clean, halve and add the carrots. Simmer for 30 minutes, cut the onion into strips and add.
