Wild Cauliflower Vegetables

The perfect wild cauliflower vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Cauliflower freshly divided into florets
  • 0,7 liter Vegetable broth see my KB
  • 24 Gr Butter
  • 21 Flour
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 1 pinch Sea salt fine
  • 1 pinch White milled pepper
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • 200 g Wild boar ham finely diced
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  1. Cook the cauliflower florets in the vegetable stock for a few minutes. Drain the florets and leave some of the broth in the saucepan.
  2. Make a sauce with the broth, milk, flour and butter. I sweated the flour in the butter and then added the milk and broth. Season the sauce with the spices.
  3. Cook the cauliflower florets in the sauce until they are al dente. Lightly fry the ham cubes in butter and add to the cauliflower. There was also boiled potatoes from the day before, lightly seared.
